2. Modica Market

Modica Market is a quaint, gourmet grocery store in Seaside that has been a local hangout for over 30 years. This destination market was featured in the Jim Carrey film, “The Truman Show” and has amazing coffee, cold brew, lattes, and more. Their cakes by the slice are delicious and they also have a deli with gourmet takeout options. The best part about Modica Market is their owners and staff - you won’t find better service or friendlier people!

3. Kith and Kin

Kith and Kin is a cute new coffee shop in 30A that is located in the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park right on your way to the beach. It is a small and cute camp-style coffee shop with great Amavida coffee and local homemade pastries.

They are open every day from 6:30-2:30 and have seating both inside and outside on their porch.
