Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant: For nearly 30 years Bud & Ally's has been a culinary gem in Seaside, Florida. It's known for fish and farm-to-table dining, along with its iconic Rooftop Bar. Sundog Books: For more than four decades, this charming bookstore has remained a beloved local gem. Visitors stepping into the store are greeted by a genuine and dedicated staff offering authentic book and music recommendations. In addition, visitors can peruse a unique selection of merchandise throughout the store. Operating throughout the year, guests are welcome from 9 AM to 8 PM daily. 

Duckies Shop of Fun: No trip to Seaside is complete without a trip to Duckies Shop of Fun! Established in 2011, this whimsical shop is brightly decorated and offers a wide array of toys, kids' clothing, beach gear, and fun gifts. Visitors are greeted by a giant ducky at the door and can enjoy an environment filled with playful decorations, including toys that spin overhead and a rubber ducky disco ball. The shop's mission is to create an ultimate 'Shop of Fun', and it certainly lives up to that promise with its engaging and joyful atmosphere. Duckies is committed to giving back to the community, supporting various local organizations and charities, making it not just a fun place to shop, but also a business that cares about its community

Modica Market: Established in 1988, this family-owned and operated gourmet and specialty market proudly caters to the quaint community of Seaside. Modica Market was also featured in the Jim Carrey movie, The Truman Show. This famous market is stocked with groceries and snacks and features a deli counter offering fresh sandwiches, salads, fresh juices, espresso drinks, and more. Order a delicious slice of cake, muffin, or breakfast biscuit. They are also known for their fresh-squeezed mimosas and draft beer selections. You can always count on consistently fast and friendly service. Open from 7 AM to 6 PM.

Great Southern Cafe: Indulge in a delightful fusion of flavors featuring locally sourced ingredients, including fresh produce from nearby farms and seafood straight from the Gulf of Mexico. Experience the blend of international cuisines with Southern cooking. You won’t find a better mojito and the Grits a Ya-Ya are to die for! Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner you are sure to find a meal here to enjoy. Open 8 AM - 10 AM, and 11 AM to 9:30 PM.

The Melt Down on 30A: Enjoy classic (and not-so-classic) grilled cheese sandwiches and roasted tomato soup, reminiscent of the comforting dishes Mom used to make. The grilled pimento cheese sandwich and roasted tomato soup create a fabulous combination.

Sounds of Seaside Concert Series: Experience live music at the Seaside Amphitheater every Saturday from 1 PM to 4 PM. You are showcasing talented musicians for the entire family. Grab a chair or blanket, bring your snacks and drinks, and enjoy! This event is always free.

Seaside Farmers Market: Held year-round, rain or shine, at the Seaside Amphitheater, hosting locally grown products and homemade crafts. Saturdays and Tuesdays from 9 AM to 1 PM 

The Seaside School Half Marathon: Set for February 16-18, 2024, this anticipated 5k is more than just a race; it's a vital fundraiser for The Seaside School, Inc. in Northwest Florida. The event kicks off with a culinary celebration and continues with a weekend of activities within scenic runs along Highway 30A. With registration fees supporting the school, this annual event combines athleticism, community spirit, and a commitment to education
